Expertise Rooted in Academia and Practice
Our programs are led by Werda, who brings a unique, grounded perspective to mindfulness:
- Academic Authority: A Fulbright & NYU Alumna, holding an M.S. in Biology. This provides a scientific lens for understanding the mind and its capacity for change.
- Practice Depth: Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher from the School of Positive Transformation, USA, with 10 years of deep personal practice.
- The Science of Calm: Meditation is training for your brain. Studies show it strengthens the prefrontal cortex and leverages the Vagus Nerve—the direct pathway to calm.
Meditation is not a vague concept—it’s a skill. Our approach is backed by evidence that it improves attention, learning, and memory and aids in managing challenges like stress and anxiety.
Practical Tools for Daily Life: Accessible to All
- Core Belief: Inner peace and stillness are a natural part of being human. Our focus is on the practical benefits of these tools for daily life—not destination, but Rāsta (راستہ).
- Universal Practice: We teach the guided form of meditation that is universal and inclusive. You can bring your own spiritual or personal beliefs into the practice—it is meant to support you.
- Techniques Utilized: Our methods train the mind to be the Observer using simple, proven techniques, including Awareness of Breath, Body Scan, and Emotional Presence.
